This is a very broad question. Forestry consists of many parts. I has a college prof that taught forestry and the wasy he said it basically wraps it all up. Part of forestry is about the trees (dendrology) and the other part is about law and regulations. He spent 10% of the time managing forests and 90% of the time filling out paperwork and working with people about the regulations and laws of tree harvesting.
